You may choose to have our brokerage handle all aspects of your offer negotiations starting from the initial negotiations all the way through to closing. You can choose this service upgrade option when you list your property. Simply mark the appropriate box on the Service Agreement. If you choose this service upgrade option, a flat fee of $745 will be due upon the successful closing of your transaction. If your home does not sell and close, you owe us nothing extra.
