Offer Negotiating
When you sign up to list your property, you may choose to have our brokerage handle all aspects of your offer negotiations starting from the initial negotiations all the way through to closing. If you choose this great option, a flat fee of $745 would be due upon the successful closing of your transaction. If your transaction does not close, you owe us nothing.
WHAT WE DO
- Handle all negotiations and all transaction paperwork.
- Assist the seller in communicating with the buyer and/or the buyer's agent.
- Oversee and arrange escrow.
- Assist the seller in obtaining all REQUIRED DISCLOSURES and a PRELIMINARY TITLE REPORT.
- Assist the seller in developing and communicating responses and resolutions to low appraisals.
- Assist the seller in developing and communicating responses and resolutions to buyer's inspection issues.
- Arrange your Settlement and Closing.
- Review your Settlement documents and advise as necessary.

Q: Am I required to use this service option?
A: No. You may handle your own transaction (we are available for limited assistance).
Q: Do I have to pay anything upfront for this added service?
A: No. You pay for this service when your transaction closes. If your transaction does not close, you owe us nothing.
