On a typical listing, with other full service brokerages, the seller would be responsible to pay a commission to both the buyer's agent and the seller's agent. The seller can expect to pay 6% in total commissions. At ARI Realty, you offer a buyer's agent commission. This commission is your choice, most sellers decide to offer between 2.5% and 3.5%. This commission is paid at the time of closing. ARI Realty will reserve 0.75% of whatever you decide to offer as our compensation. If the buyer is Unrepresented, then only the ARI Realty closing rate will be paid at closing.
